Designed and manufactured by Velomania Ltd., Drag has been one of the leading brands in Bulgaria since 2000, when serious production began. The company now holds approximately 40% of the market for middle to top range cycles in Bulgaria.

Of course our success is not only based on the excellent ratio between value and quality of our bikes but also the contribution of our own racers and international sponsorships: Dragomir racing team (MTB) has clocked up an enviable record of wins in local and Balkan-wide championships and the Ukrainian National Women’s Team has proven that our showcase track bike, the Drag Bluebird, can win gold at European and World level. Most recently on the international scene Drag Bluebird reached the final of the Women’s Sprint at the London 2012 Olympics with the Ukraine’s Lyubov Shulika.

The Drag brand is synonymous with the socially responsible development of both Bulgaria’s cities and its tourist hotspots. Over the past decade Drag has consistently led the way in encouraging Bulgarian kids to get on their bikes, organising competitions and fun rides especially for children, as well as creating the first bike parks in the country’s ski resorts Bansko, Borovets and Pamporovo. Its annual programme of events and competitions for serious mountain bike and freeride fans includes the Drag Cherni Vrah Rally and sponsorship of the Tour of Vitosha race and City DH events.
